Im finishing up my first headlight. But, I have a question for you experts.
I certainly dont want to get water in them again. There are two tiny holes, at the bottom, on the front of each lens. And then two vents, in the rear. What would happen if I sealed up ALL the holes?
Heres the first one:
delined and black housing, YES MY HOOD IS POPPED!

Okay. Then let me ask you this, ...
The litttle rubber drain hoses broke off the back of each light. They are hard and brittle. Should I try to glue them back together, or should I replace them with a piece of 1/4 in rubber hose?

we drilled many holes on the bottom if the headlight. So far so good.
no fogging.. we did have an incident when it did fog tho.. i left the hood on our sc4 up the hole day n it ended up clearing out.

The headlight looks great. I would check for any broken tabs which seems to be a very common problem with SC headlights. Also, after you close your headlights up I would neatly reseal the headlight (where the black housing meets the lens) with some silicone sealant just to be extra sure that there is no leak. I need new headlights.

There are no broken tabs on either.
I used a heat gun and a putty knife, to remove most all of the old glue. Then ran a bead of black silicone in the joint, and pushed it together. Then ran a small bead aroud the seam, then installed the clips.
I sure hope they dont get wet inside. Heres me making a mess of my kitchen:
