help power steering problems
i took the car to the mechanic twice to replace the power steering pump with a remanufactured one. can two remanutfactured power steering pumps be bad in a row? is there a certain way to install it? does he need to prime the pump first? it's really hard to turn the car at low speeds and there is fluid all over the place where the power steering is located. the power steering rack is new by the way. any help is appreciated. thanks
there a missing harness plug on the power steering unit at the end of the column in the engine bay. seem like something is suppose to plug in there but i can't find the wire harness plug anywhere. jacked up the car and everything. is there something plugged in there? any other ideas? ill try to get a pic of it.
started the car up with the reservoir full and power steering fluid is squirting from the side of the pump right onto the power steering pulley. bad pump?
