i have a 93 sc 300 and both doors cannot be opened from the outside but i can open them from the inside is this an electical problem? and does anyone know how to take the inside door panel off?

 

To take the inside panel, pry off the cover in the inside door opener, it will reveal a bolt in there and there are two bolts under the arm rest too, and undo the rest of the bolts. The panel should come off with the use of a pry tool or flat head to undo the locking clips from the bottom working your way up.

 

thanks all i need to know now is how do i figure out this door handle problem have u had this problem before?

 

the rod is probably broken u just replace them .they are pretty expensve though

 

damn thats for both doors.

 

90% chance its that stupid lil plastic clip that hold the metal rod to the outter door handle..i had this on my SC and i jus went to a junk yard and got a new one ... ill do a quick search and see if i can find a part number so you can see wat im talking about
