So I just replaced my plastic clip inside the door that allows it to be opened from the outside... Now whenever the door is locked and shut, if you pull on the handle it still opens. My friend did it once and it set off the alarm, but it still opened while locked. I was just wondering if anyone knew what I should look for to loosen/fix before I take the panel off again.

whats the name of that plastic peice that allows you to open the door from the outside? i need to fix my door as well.
