Im thinking about buying an s-afc from this guy, for 260$ used, problem is its only the headunit...... What other parts come with it, and how hard would they be to get do you think?

Also how do you tell the difference between the new s-afc model and the old s-afc model, thanx

no no don't waste your money... you still need the wiring harness for it... if its only the head unit that means you have to buy the wiring for the unit...

you can find full S-AFCs for $275-$290 and $320 brand new

look in the DSM, Supra, and RX-7 section... a S-AFC works on anything

 

I agree with Bean. You really do want the wiring harness for it. At least the first few feet... I would not pay more that 170 for it.

Ditto. You need the wiring harness. And the mounting bracket is nice too if you arent going to custom flush mount it. I've got two extra brakets tho...

Yep, it's important to get the harness. Plus you want warranty and the manuals. If you want, my friend can get it to you for $309 + $15 shipping.

that is for an 92 sc400. I only have the k&n filter right now but will get cold air if i get the apexi S-AFC.
if anybody knows company that makes good cold air intake for the sc.
