Default Electrical problems

Has anyone encountered a problem where there headlights dim to varying degrees at random? Also the blower motor blows stronger and weaker with the lights. So when the lights dim a little the blower motor slows down a little, when they dim a lot the blower motor is barely running. It doesnt effect they way the car runs, idles or drives. Any insight would be greatly appreciated...

I think you both have bad grounds.

Yours sounds like it is a problem in the tail light harness though.

I am actually having a very similar problem with my sc as of about a week ago. when I am driving, intermittently and only at random will my lights/dash/everything electrical come close to cutting out. In fact, one time the entire car turned off which makes me think that its my alternator going out. This only happens when i have something that draws out electricity like a turn signal on or when i step on the brakes. I am thinking that it was a bad ground so i went and replaced my loose negative terminal fitting but unfortunately that did not fix it. This occurs at at random and the negative battery cable is secured tightly against the block. I have no idea where this loose ground is or if i have an alernator going out intermittently.

The radio has been acting up too now. This is so irritating. I wish there was a simple answer like a major relay or something.

Might suggest having the alternator and it's internal voltage regulator checked for correct operation, if the grounds are clean and tight.
