buying first lexus sc300
Hi all. I found a great looking 1993 sc300 5 speed. The car is in execellent condition with 82K miles. It's red with no scratches, dents, or tears in leather seats. All things original, no modifications, new tires. In a nutshell everything works. Car looks new and drives great. The seller is asking $6,000. What do you guys think. Is $6000 a fair price to pay? I live in Florida. Thanks for responding.

clean title check, oil check ( make sure u dont see oil runs in the engine bay and under the car. body check, make sure it has not been repainted/reparied. if its truely perfect 6k is a great buy. say $4500 and work ur way up from there. it wont hurt to get a great car at a even greater price right?

picked my Black SC300 5 spd for $4300, but mine has 130K miles...usually wear tear but nothing major...don't forget to check for the VIN # on the body panels...sometimes even Carfax is not that accurate (learned that from personal experience
