Default question with cross drilled brembos

ok guys, here it goes, i just ordered some tt calipers with brembo cross drilled rotors, goodrigde lines and hawk pads everything used except for pads and lines, all for the front. upon receiving it, i was very pleased with everything. but i went onto the brembo site and noticed the tt front rotors are part number 35571, the rotors are slightly used and in a used brembo box that reads part number 35572, which are the rear rotors. now my question is; do brembo stamp their part number in their rotors? the part number inside the rotors are neither the front or rears. it could of been that he sent a brembo box with different brand rotors? or he sent the front rotors with the rear brembo box. all i know is that i measured the rotors and they're 12 3/4" in diameter.
anyone have tt brembos cross drilled in the front that could help me?

a lot of companies buy brembo blanks and cross drill/slot them themselves....perhaps there was a mixup when they put them back in the box(shrugs)

Don't worry about the numbers, you likely bought blanks that were pre-drilled. I'm assuming they are silver? If so, they are blanks and brembo numbers won't apply to them.

Here's mine:

Isn't the drilled rotors bad to get?

I always read suggestions of just getting slotted.

wrong, drilled are good, they dissipate and transfer heat away from the rotor, slotted on the other hand causes premature pad wear ...can anyone answer my previous question...aside from what i have, do i need anything else to mount these tt calipers, like, can i use the sc brackets??

actually, there are arguments both ways... slotted rotors allow for self cleaning of the pad at the expense of increased pad wear... drilled rotors just plain break... not brake, break... there are certain ones (porsche) that actually have the holes cast in the material leaving a stronger rotor, not a weakened rotor with holes in it...

in the real car racing world, we run normal, flat brakes, nothing special... I have seen too many broken in half cross drilled rotors in my time... so, unless of course you can afford the porsche / exotic stuff, get normal brake rotors, but keep in mind, if you do, you'll be running through brake pads like you wouldn't believe if you really drive the car...

for street use, I like the slotted, as it keeps the brakes from squealing, and I can live with pad life of around 20k miles...

on the track, it's porterfield cryo-treated, standard flat brake rotors and nothing else...

You are good to go with what you have. TT Calipers bolt right into the existing holes of the SC3 (d.k. on SC4, probably the same). You will need to cut/bend the brake dust shield. It will be obvious once you put those big rotors there what to do.

The S/S lines can be a true PITA. Be careful with the threading, its a challenge.
