It takesa fair bit of time if you are inexprienced but it is relatively simple and cheap to do.As far as doing it, tkae everything that compkletely blocks access to valve gasket off(not everything has to come off., then unbolt the valve cover, and replace the gasket, making sure to put a bead of silicone gasket sealer at least on all 4 corners, and preferably as a bead on both sides. then replace in the way you took it off.

if you are interested in doing it, i could probably pull up the alldata for how to do it tommorow and estimated hours needed fro a good mechanic to do tit so yuo have a frame fo reference and better instructions.

I just did mine last week. Not too bad of a job, some parts are kind of a pain. There is a nut that is hard to get at on the intake manifold "Y", and I had to remove the EGR tube from the block, which took some manuvering, but overall, it wasnt bad.... I could probably do it again in a couple of hours. I had a spare car and worked on it after work over a couple of days(i was delayed because autozone's parts computer shows the SC and Supra having a V6, therefore they sold me the wrong gaskets ) Once I got the parts, it went very smoothly
