Default Which shifter?

So since the toyota auto costs wayy to much to rebuild, im TH700r4 converting. I'm going to need to switch out shifters for this tho. I figured i'd get an aftermarket and get a 5spd boot surround so it looks somewhat factory.

Heres potential shifters i might get, any opinions?

haha yeah i know!! I wanted to just be able to leave in in D or Overdrive D for daily driving.. and manually shift it at the track. Nothing TOO fancy. I kinda like the first one, dual gate. Theres 1000s more shifters on the market, thats all i found in a quick search for the TH700r4. I dont understand why people dont use it and get the TH400. Its just as strong, and has that nice overdrive gear. Installs exactly the same. (redrill flexplate, get PT tranny adapter, make cross member and custom DS, done).

Heck for an inexpensive upgrade, u can get stock trannys for around $100 bux, get a 3500 stall for almost as cheap, and have a nice reliable overdrive tranny installed for cheaper then the rebuild kit for a toyota transmission.

Also, mainly i want something i can stuff under the manual console plate, so the car doenst look hacked up.

I think so far i like the 1st one, because being dual gate, i never have to worry about shifting into neutral or worse. Also looks like it accepts a regular screw in shift ****, so i can put a nice one on there to look even more "stock"

Also it looks the most stock. But i think it would be cool to see that silver thing poking out of a nice leather shift boot, and use the top button for the trans brake
