Default tranny problem?

hey guys, i have a few problems with my 92' SC3 (automatic) not sure what the problem is but here it is:

white smoke from exhaust continuiously.
center console heats up.
car chokes. (no power.. then all of a sudden theres power again.)
and my car is reving 6-7k running 70-80mph. (it wont shift)

if u guys can help me i would really appreciate that. this is my only car so i hope the problem is not too big. But i have been reading forums about clogged cat and ignition coils. not sure what those are. I am not a mechanic. all i know how to do is change oil and simple things. Thanks for ur time guys.

white smoke means check for blown head gasket.

The white smoke is often caused by coolant getting into the combustion chamber being vaporzied and exiting the system as steam or white smoke.

lots of heat
it wont hit the last gear
there's white smoke
and power fluctuates.

sounds like more than one proble if you're not overheating.

possibly check your radiator. it's the only thing i can think that's connected to everything, since it has to cool the tranny and the engine :-\
srry, i'm no mechanic.
