Anybody else order the Origin Body Kit from LuxuryMods? I ordered the kit 3 weeks ago, and haven't heard anything. I e-mailed them a few days ago, but haven't received a response yet. I haven't seen anything posted about this either or any posts from them since they first posted about the kit.

 

I wouldnt really deal with Origin kits. First time I called them they said 1 week backorder. Next time i called them, they said 1 month backorder. Then the last time i called them they told me that the Origin Kit is backordered for 2 months.

Might as well get another kit instead of waiting that long IMO.

 

You can call their company instead of posting on a section of the forum they rarely read.

Really, calling gets you instant answers.

Origin kits for the SC have been on backorder for over a month now. My boy is sponsored by them, thats why i went with a version:select.

 

Only problem is, when I initially inquired about the kit, they didn't post a phone number, only the website info, which still didn't have a phone number, so all the correspondence has been via email. It's been a week since I last emailed them, no response. Has anybody dealt with them before that has the phone #? Much appreciated, thanks.

Nevermind, I found the number on their site. Operator error. For some reason, the number didn't populate when I checked their site when I tried to contact them before. Yeah, I'm a DA

 

ya i had that problem when i called them as well, but i got a call back on my cell phone from the exact same # that had an operator error.. i found that odd, but i guess they dont accept long distance or something

 

Well, I finally got through, and talked with Leo, and yep, the kit is being shipped from Japan. I've got another week or 2 wait it looks like, hopefully not longer than that. I've been waiting for 5mos for some Volk GT-C's now, in the 20" size, woot!!! I wished I lived in Japan, heheh.

 

5month wait for GT-C's? that is a pretty long wait! Glad you finally got through to Leo and them, they're pretty busy over there.
