I got my G-Tech performance meter today, and this thing kicks ***! I can't believe how good the thing works, and for only $140! Quarter mile times, speeds, 0-60, 60-0, G's, HP, all sorts of stuff! Neato! Anyone else have one? I think I'm going to hard mount mine into my dash somewhere, bcuz I know I'll be using this thing alot!

No, I'm STILL waiting on a damn call with prices on coilovers. If they're much over $1k, I'm just going to go ahead and put the springs on. I figure if they don't call me back tomorrow, then I'll go ahead and install them on Saturday.

Ya...I noticed that myself....about the HP readings. I was getting low readings. It improved once I fixed the weight thing....I first put in the GVWR that was on the door....but then after getting the first HP reading, remembered to add the weight of the stereo...crap that I had in there....full tank of gas....and of course ME! Makes a difference! Best thing to do is next time you're on the interstate and the truck scales are open, just pull on in there and weigh it. They don't care if you pull in there, people do it all the time. (my dad's a state trooper )

Hmm....not good.

I spent about an hour this morning testing out the G-Tech.....with an already bad clutch. On about my 10th run when I finally let the clutch all the way out....it kept on free revving. Clutch "will" grab and stick, but only if I'm not mashing the gas to the floor.

I guess my new clutch just became the #1 thing instead of #2. Changing the clutch on these is a pretty straight-forward thing right? Nothing odd and different from the rest of the cars out there?

I dont know! I just knew someone was gonna ask.

I don't really have the $$ now to buy the RPS, but I will prolly have to. Are the centerforce stage 3 ones really crap? I always used centerforce on my Chevelle and Nova's with AWESOME results. And It's not going to be in there more than 20k anyways....I'm sure I'll burn it up by then.

If I'm going to pay 600 for the RPS, wouldnt it be better to just go ahead and pay 700 for the AZ Ultimate? ( http://www.suprastore.com is where I'm looking for them at)

Default Oh ya...

And I forgot to mention....in my testing, even with the bad clutch my best was:

14.86
98.7 mph

Not bad I think for the car....fully loaded with stereo crap, me, lots of other junk for work.

And this was done on a slight curve....there's really no straight stretch near me that I can run it on. This was on the road leading into the office I work at...lol

Does this sound pretty good for a SC300? Only addons are exhaust and intake.
