I'd go check in the fuse box, there has to be a fuse for the ABS somewhere either under the kick panel or the hood. So take a look at the fuse boxes and see what u can find. Once u locate the fuse just pull it out and u should be set to go. ABS should no longer work.

What are the benefits of removing abs if any? I'm not being a wise ***, I really don't know lol.

ABS=Antilock Braking System. Prevents your brakes to lock when you slam on your brake pedal, personally, i think its the dumbest thing you can add to a car and this is what happens when you have abs in a drift car.

I think it is one of the fuses located in the fuse box at the driver's side left knee. I was fiddling around with it replacing some fuses and when I took one of them out, my ABS light came on...probably means it was disengaged.
good luck

Actually i found a ABS fuse under hood box too, will it just disengage ABS if i pull both fuses out or do i have to do something else as well, ill keep you guys updated.

That's why the fuse solution is great!!! Remove fuse at the track......enjoy sideways action......put fuse back in......drive home safely!! The best of both worlds!Originally Posted by boostinsc4

Easiest way to do it put the better tires up front, and the worse tires on the rear, the sc will turn from understeer prone to oversteer happy rather quickly, as some members here have the unfortunate way of experiencing.

that may work for a slight "recreational" drifter, but this guy is on the track, doing it for real... he does not need NOR SHOULD HE WANT the ABS system to engage while entering a drift with aid of the braking system.Originally Posted by Inabj2
