Dyeing Tan Pieces Black
Mario,
I'd like to swing by and see the end result of the dye on the dash!!! I want to see and feel. Any chances of it getting tacky, or flaking? especially in heat??
Seems SEMS is the way to go
Keep up the great DIY stuff guys!!!

hey chris, yeah, when its done we should get together. you can check out my dash while i drool all over your car, hahaa.
i heard you were up at stratford the other night. figures the one night i stay back in town, lol. i'm driving the SC torn apart, so i have no gauges, so i wasn't sure how much gas i had, so i stayed close to home, lol. i'll hit you up on aim next time i see you on.

Hey guys i think i have the answer to your problems. When i did my full black interior swap we had to rip eveything out...i mean a full gut job. Well when everything was put back together guess what?? No cluster lights...Well after much sitting, thinking , swearing and looking somemore i found the problem. Where the radio is under all those harnesses and crap is oem ground wires. If you disconected it you have to make sure to put it back.. Just go back and make sure you screwed everthing back on under there and it should fix it.(its right where your cig lighter is but underneath).. It did for me anyway.. Good luck!
well, its done, lol. the dash feels....rough. it looks amazing, but i'm worried about cleaning it now. not now, but i mean eventually. does everyone else have the rough feeling to their dashes?
