hey i seen this tornado on the tv just wondering if this thing really works? have anyone else have had this and would tell us if it really works?

seriously- no, if you want more air, do like Big Manne said... Turbo- dont waste your money-

 

yes they really work and its even better if u buy one of those electric super chargers to go with it then you really see some gas milage and power!!!!

I found a cheaper solution; you cover a third of the air intake with duct tape...

 

I want to know how many people actually have it installed.
It seems that everyone just thinks it is crap.
I have it on my car because my dad got it. It's not a significant amount of power nor mileage but it doesn't take away from the car.
I've also had it installed on my 92 Celica. Again doesn't take away but doesn't give a whole lot either.
Overall I don't think it is worth it to get it. It's too expensive for something that gives 1-2mpg and probably .25 hp.
My 2 cents. And yes I have tested out the mpg thing it is fairly negligble but it does gain.

 

What are you talking about, I installed mine and it gave me 20 HP with some APC and ADR decals on my bumper...

Seriously, I'm not trying to sell this thing because it is in fact a POS. Not worth the money. But I must say it doesn't effect the car negatively.

Well at least someone has first hand knowlege about it so I applaud that. Too many people are too quick to jump to conclusions without ever actually trying it.
