Ordered those nearly a year ago... although black on black was getting played then too. Just couldn't resist. The biggest highlight is the fact that they are Kinesis. After all the hype, they are nice wheels. You really can feel the quality. While there is gap, it doesn't even seem obnoxious to me. But I think once the boost is raised again, it will squat right on top of the 275's like it did with my last set of 18's. I have a kyb eibach TT set up I'll try. Still considering air ride if I can find a heavy duty bag that fits for a good price. It's not a lip. C-wings elite cf front end.
Considering picking up the VeilSide executive and doing a comparison on front ends... but that's money, and that's especially short now a days...
Nice, when did that come in? Did you fit it yourself or have a body shop do it? Most importantly, how much and where? What was the lead time?
I was at the right place at the right time to get the kit at a great price and in a timely fashion. Highly doubt the planets will align like that again. Fitment was perfect. I hope the pic helps.
The picture helps immensely if not just to prove that it does exist. If you don't mind giving contact info on where you got yours, I'd be much obliged. Unless you'd like to trade parts and cash or something, send a pm either way... You have the whole thing there or just the front? Fitment was perfect? Did you install it? Looks great by the way.
I have to agree, Kinesis is awesome. First time I've ever shelled out the clams for freakin wheels like that. I'm still left wondering if it was really worth it. But all things equal, ride quality is night and day difference from mkiv supra stockers to these...
