Default bad pumpkin

I bought a "TRD Limited Slip Differential" on ebay for $300+ 80 for shipping. It looked like the auto supra TT diff I've seen pics of on the internet, except it was painted red. The guy that sold it to me said it was from his six speed turbo supra and it had 3.76 gears because it was a TRD diff. Well, I was dumb enough to buy it and I got it in yesterday. I popped the cover and discovered it was a torn up open diff. I was pissed. The diff internal gears are torn up, but the gear and pinion are ok. I called the person who sold it to me and they were like "no it wasn't bad" they won't return my calls anymore. Anyone had ebay troubles before and sucessfully taken care of them? Here is the pic of the diff as it appeared on ebay:

Dude sorry to hear about that. I was actually looking at the same diff. I emailed him and something didn't seem right. I hope you nail that bastard. I would start by giving him a terrible report and make a claim with ebay. I don't know if there is alot you can do now but best of luck.

ebay can suspend an account if fraud is taking place, there may also be some recourse with Paypal

If there are enough complaints about the seller, I hear there are ebay detectives that will look for the person

Did you pay with Paypal? You can file a dispute with them over the item, and they will lock up the money in his account till the matter is resolved.
