Unhappy Electrical trouble

This is a really weird problem I'm having. Today when I left school everything was working great, but when I arrived at my tutor's place, the trunk would not open electronically at all. I arrived a bit early and had nothing to do, so I decided to pull out the burned out light bulb in the dirver's side sun visor. After that I started noticed the problems. My aftermarket alarm (clifford) does not arm or disarm the car anymore, but instead gives me 4 beeps. The trunk does not open if I press the button on the remote or inside the car. I can open everything with the master key. So I proceed to turn the car on and the clock and trip meters are reset, and they get reset every time I pull the key out

I looked for the fuse in the manual, but there isn't a fuse that has the same description. At least one of the symptoms is missing, and I can't find a fuse that controls the trunk. Also the problem didn't go away when I reinstalled the broken light bulb.

So, anyone know what the problem might be?

Anyway, I was going by the manual. I couldn't find anything that even mentioned trunk (except trunk light). Maybe the gas lid opener system also refurs to the trunk
The closest one I found is
No. 20
Door
30 amp
Theft deterrent system, seat control system, fuel opener control system, power door lock system

Is this the one?

There's only like 15 down there. pull them one at a time with needle nose. takes 5 mins if your drunk, 3 if you just opened the bottle.

1st check for a loose connection or corrosion at the battery terminals. Oh yeah there is a connection in front of the left front wheel housing inside the engine bay by the relays and fuses, it has a large wire that runs to the altenator. Also in the same area there is a ground wire that goes to the block.from the frame. One more thing check to see what the output of your altenator is. If it is to high that might cause problems. All these things can cause wierd problems.

The thing is that everything else works. Like the car starts, drives, etc perfectly fine.

Things that aren't working: passenger seat doesn't slide up. Door locks do not work. Trunk pop doesn't work.
"fuel opener control system" works perfectly. Needed to fill up today, pulled tab and it opened.

Smile Working now

Went to al&eds today and they fixed the problem for me. They weren't that happy about the whole missing dash thing with the AC dangleing about. The problem wasn't one of the tiny fuses near the driver's feet, it was one of the big fuses in the engine bay.

Thanks for all your help

Question Power window/Moonroof problem

I'm having a similar problem. We've checked all of the fuses. The power windows, moonroof and driver's memory won't work on my '92 SC300. It has been in the shop for 3 days now and they still can't figure it out either. Said they took apart the door panel thinking it was under there and it wasn't. Power locks work. Power seats work, just not the memory. I think the leak is totally unrelated, but the hose that connects to the power steering pump is leaking recently too.
