I'm having a similar problem. We've checked all of the fuses. The power windows, moonroof and driver's memory won't work on my '92 SC300. It has been in the shop for 3 days now and they still can't figure it out either. Said they took apart the door panel thinking it was under there and it wasn't. Power locks work. Power seats work, just not the memory. I think the leak is totally unrelated, but the hose that connects to the power steering pump is leaking recently too.
