Question

City Drivin is ok, but when I get on the freeway..my SC starts shifting funny, i cant get it to accel gradually..it always wants to down shift and take off. I turned off the ECT but it only helped a little. Could it be because of the rims?

Welcome to the site guy.... If I was you, I'll post this ???? in the "Maintenance" forum too...

Have you tried getting the transmission/differential serviced? There's a thread with a similar question... I'll find it and let you know...

Ya, I had Longo Lexus look everything over and they said the tranny and diff were fine..All fluids have been changed. Still dont know whats happening. A Lot of Ppl Are tellin me that its because of my rims, but i see 19s on a lot of Lexus's..does anyone else have this problem?

Default 19's

Running 19's is fine as long as your using a tire/wheel combo with the same rolling diameter.

Funny story, I had the car detailed and i guess they got water in the spark plug chambers this caused my car to stall..and after we blew all the water out of there the car ran great and has been ever since Even the guys at Lexus couldnt figure it out.. haha Thanks for the input tho guys
