Default Window Problem, Is It The Motor?

HEY GUYS, I DID SEVERAL SEARCHES ABOUT THIS TOPIC. I TOOK THE DOOR PANEL OFF, THE WINDOW IS STILL ON THE TRACK, THE MOTOR IS SOUNDING, BUT THE WINDOW DOESN'T MOVE EITHER WAY. I HAD TO PUT A HOSE CLAMP ON THE MIDDLE TRACK TO PREVENT THE WINDOW FROM FALLING BACK INTO THE DOOR. ANY SUGGESTIONS ? THANKS, GREG

Default Passenger Side Window

I've searched and didn't find anything specific. The passenger side window does not go up or down (it's currently up) using either swithc - passenger or drivers. No noise at all when you hit the switches. I believe its on the same fuse as the sunroof and the sunroof works, so not the fuse. No noises of anything breaking, it just doesn't work. Is it the swithc , the regulator or what?

Thanks!

You know, that's a very good question! Now I feel a little stupid. I will check when my wife gets home with the car. Thanks for the suggestion! My face is red!

Well, thanks to CleanSC, I found that my problem was that the lock was on! How embarassing!!! Only had the car since it was new. At least I told my wife that I was so good at fixing things that I fixed the windows without the car even being here! Of course she didn't fall for it.

Thanks CleanSC for the nudge in the right direction!

LOL! It happens to the best of us! Glad it was just the lock, I sure hate spending money fixing the little annoyances :-)
