Has anyone used Lextech in replacing their burned out needles? How long did it take and were you satisfied? How difficult is it to take them out (based on the tutorial, it seems fairly easy, is it?) Thanks for any replies!

I have not used the service myself but I don't recall seeing ANY negative threads about a bad job. Lextech prides itself with customer satisfaction, so you are in great hands!

Yes I've used Lextech's services to have my needles replaced. It took a few weeks, like perhaps 3 weeks from beginning to end. Yes I was satisfied except for one thing, I should have gotten the 32 or better yet, the Shadowboxer technology (wasn't available at the time) because the 16 simply isn't bright enough for me. But I didn't know that until I got it back and re-installed the cluster. It's extremely easy to take out the cluster, just follow the steps provided and don't be afraid to use a little muscle to get off those clips. Hope this helps

No problem bro, and for you the time should be considerably less being as you could probably drive to Lextech from where you are, I'm not suggesting it I'm just saying that shipping should be a snap for you being both parties are in the same general area.
