Unhappy screws

I allready had it out of the car but the only screws that i see i can not get out because of the
black ring (spacer) on the top. I cant see any other way (screws or bolts) to get it apart.
thanks

Default sub ring

I just did this. My sub was a 10" and after I removed it from the car, I carefully pryed the black ring on top up. This is attached to the woofer so be careful if you hope to keep the woofer. Then I was able to unscrew the phillips holding down the woofer. You should be able to get the rest, email for more info or pics.
