Default SC300 Emblems...

Does anyone know if you removed the center Lexus "L" in the front and rear, are there holes behind these emblems? I know the SC300 and LEXUS doesn't but I'm wondering if I took the "L" off it would leave 2 holes behind.

all factory emblems have those little pegs in the back to fit through the holes on the car. All OEM bumpers and trunks have holes for the emblems.

For the front bumper "L", have fun with that one. Its actually riveted on there, so to get it off, you will have to cut through the adhesive AND break off the rivets. I messed up my bumper a little removing the "L", but thats because I was impatient and didnt care (Im repsraying it tomrorw anyway). I just ended up trying to get under it with a screwdriver Took her off in about 20 seconds. But if you want to keep the bumper in good shape, just heat up the emblem with a hairdryer, then use some fishing line to slowly work your way through the emblem.

floss or fishing line to break all the adhesive then get a few strands under in different places and just pull. Have fun -=)
