Hey guys, I was searching around for new emblems all around for an sc300. Is it the exact same as all other lexus emblems? I know that the is300 doesnt have little holes but the sc300 does when you remove them. Would any "L" emblem work for the trunk and from bumper? How about the actualy "lexus" ?

That doesnt specify anything anywhere for which car it is for, as compared to ebay they all say "sc300" or so on with other cars. I assume probably the sedans/cars are all the same size as opposed to the suv's might be larger. Not sure. Can anyone confirm?

 

Well, different year SC emblems have different things. Like the 97 "SC300" doesn't have holes, but the "Lexus" does.

Some emblems are all joined together, I think the GS300 is all one, as opposed to the SC300 which is 2 separate pieces.

I don't recall about the "L" emblem in the center. I'd be inclined to think any from the cars would work, but I have never tried...

 

The SC trunk lid has a bit of curvature. I got the LEXUS badge from an ES300 but because of the curvature, it doesn't sit flush. Also, one pin was not in the place it needed to be so I ended up cutting off all the back pins and double side taped the emblem. But the L looks to be exactly the same, I guess as long as the year of the car the L comes off of is about mid 90's to 2000. Not sure about he bumpers L.

 

Its different from other cars so it won't match yours if you get one from like an LX or something. I suggest getting the black pearl emblems off Sewell Lexus parts, its pretty pricey but I would get it if I was going for emblems on my car. I think you should totally get it though, I never see these OEM on any SC. It's probably something that was added in the later years.
