Unhappy Help! Engine code 35

So i just recently bought a 160k mi 1992 sc300 M/T and while on the highway it lost all power and stalled out, after some testing i thought it was the MAF and got it replaced but it didn't even run for more than a minute then, while on the old one, it ran fine till it got hot.
I jumped the E1 and TE1 and it flashed code 35 at me (didn't matter which MAF I had in), i found out its the Barometric pressure sensor circuit fault. could it be an ECU issue? like a leaky capacitor (I know those are common in these)?
if it is, are there any places i can go to for a fix on the old ECU, or do i need a new one?

Any help is appreciated, this is my first car (in over my head) and i really want to get it up and running properly

Code 35 is a turbo pressure sensor fault seeing as you don't have a soarer I assume? It's most likely your ECU. If you hold the gas pedal will it stay on? You can ship it out to tanin for rebuild or buy a rebuilt one online
