Airbag light and horn doesnt work cruise control works fine
I recently replaced my steering wheel. I made sure to follow the clock spring instructions. My air bag light is on, and my horn doesn't work. I'm not sure if it's my clock spring or not. I checked all the fuses. The horn worked before. I'm not sure if I have to clear the light in some way after unplugging the airbags. It still doesn't explain the horn, though. I have a 1993 sc300.
Horn and airbag functionality are independent, other than sharing the clockspring connection.
What steering wheel did you switch to? Did you retain the '93 clockspring?
Unplugging the airbag shouldn't trigger the light like gauge cluster removal tends to, so I would assume it's a wiring issue with the new setup.

Ah. "Replaced my steering wheel" implied a different one, rather than a removal and reinstall... (I wouldn't have bothered removing it just to dye the leather. Jack the front end so you can turn the wheels easily and get to all sides of the leather.)
The only thing I can think is you somehow buggered up the wiring connector going into the clockspring. I assume it would be obvious if the airbag/horn pad weren't seated (but airbag wiring would still have to be an issue in order to trigger the light), so that seems unlikely. I would disconnect the battery, unbolt the airbag, and double check everything.

The clip on the connector for the steering wheel is broken I ordered a new clock spring but its weird that cruise control still works I also took the dash out so everything has been removed i put every thing back it lines up like oem

That would have been good information to provide initially... There's your problem, most likely. Without the clip, there's no guarantee the connector is held in snug enough for all the pins to make contact.
But, since you also took the dash out, that's probably the source of the airbag light. Good luck resetting it. The procedure is impossible to get right, in my experience. So, the horn might be the only thing with an actual problem, so also look at where its wire connects to the steering wheel's frame.

I had the same thing happen to my SC when I went to an 05 IS300 steering wheel. I thought maybe it was the wheel itself, so I threw on a an 03 ES300 steering wheel. Neither worked.
The horn still honks if you trigger the alarm in my case. I just haven't been able to honk my horn sjnce 2011.
