Depends on what "parts" you're talking about - ex. the 97+ has a slightly different body, so replacement body parts or aftermarket bodykits won't fit. Engine/powertrain wise, I think parts for the 92-96 will work. Somebody chime in and set me straight, if need be.

In 97.5 they got the VVTi engine. I am not sure when they discontinued the 5 speed SC300, there is a person on this board that claims he has 1997 VVTi 5 speed SC300.

Hopefully you don't think everything on that site is 100% correct. For example, he wrote the 1/4 mile time for stock SC300 5 speed is 15.4 sec. In reality it's more like 15.2.

Most of the information is not official but collected; therefore, don't be afraid to question a few things.

WTF!?! I have a '93 SC3 auto and ran 13.??? on a 1/8mi track @ 64.???mph! Granted I have engine issues, but... 15.2 are Eclipse/Talon/Laser turbo type numbers - I know the the Talon TSi runs 15.1, bone stock. Our cars weigh a lot more, too.

Kevin (lexcoupe) got 15.2. Other than him, others also said they ran that speed.

That's hella quick... I've heard/seen people on here say that our cars are slow unless you mod them. Well, if you're used to Corvettes or Camaro Z28s w/the 6 speed then yes they are. Compared to other imported cars, they definately hold their ground, though.

90% of the parts on all SC are interchangeable on each car of different year.
