Does any one get a key card?
You lucked out with your dealer. Not only would my local dealer not help with the key card but when I bought mine they refused to remove $2900 in addons (paint protection and seat stain coating). The dealer I used was instate but 100 miles away and shipped me the car for free with no addons.
FCC ID: HYQ14CBP My car was made in Canada. All US 450h+ are made in Japan, and I believe some front wheel drive models. Most everything else is from
Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. Think you are right CBP for key card and FLC for the fob.

That's interesting that they now sell it. I have a 2023 and they made like they would be committing a crime if they tried back then. I love using mine even though I had to pay a locksmith a fortune to program it. I guess they got enough people asking for it and since the NX has it, the RX was easy to add.
Sorry to be off topic, but just an interesting prospective.
When I got the credit card for Lexus, I thought it was the coolest thing ever. Definitely nerdy.
Recently I got an Uber drive in Tesla model Y, got to talking with the driver and he shared that he programmed a ring to be the key for Tesla.
Obviously, its not a random ring, I believe it has NFC tech built in, he got it off Temu.
He was also able to program it himself within Tesla software in the dash, or at least thats what he told me.
All of a sudden, I don't feel like the coolest kid on the block.
He does not need a wallet, a phone or anything other than the ring to open his tesla and drive it.
Something to think about....

Just got back from my local dealer and they programmed my flat key card no problem and also cut the key insert blank and all works fine. Flat key card is part # 8990h-78493 and the key insert is 69515-12350. I paid about $232 for the flat key card and key insert and $180 for the programming and cutting the key blank.
