Default 'J' VIN 2025 RX450H+ FCCID:HYQ14FLD What parts do I need?

I have a 2025 RX 450h+ (J VIN). The keyfob has an FCC ID:HYQ14FLD. Do I need 7849[1 or 2 or 3] and what metal key insert would work? I asked two dealers including the one I bought the car from and they both said the keycard was not compatible.
At fccid.io/hyq14fld, they claim it operates at 433.58/434.42 MHz

The 8990h-78491,2 and 3 are all 315 mhz. and since yours operates on a different frequency I would think you would then need a flat key card that operates on your frequency. If you can find one that does then it should work. A quick Google search shows that part #'s 89904-30870, 89904-30L50, 89904-53371 and 89904-53021 all operate at 434 mhz. They are all older cards but if you can find one new somewhere it may work since it operates on the same frequency as your 4 button fob. I don't know for certain and I don't know if a card that has already been programmed can be re-programmed or not. The flat key card blank insert for the card would likely be 69515-50270. Any dealer will tell you that it won't work bc your car didn't specifically come with the flat card like the NX does. I can tell you that mine has been working perfectly since I got in August and it's the only thing I use now.

Maybe it depends on where the car is made and/or the model I don't know but RX 350's from Cambridge, Ontario HYQ14CBP and HYQ14FLC I believe are both 315 Mhz.

I want to thank everyone who contributed to this thread. I read every post. I wanted to get the wallet card. My wife's 23 NX350H came with one My 24 RX350H did not. I find it so convenient not to carry a key fob with me. I was very nervous when I ordered it online at a Lexis discount place can not return. I called probably 5 dealers 4 online discount places and I got a different answer by everyone. Finally I found a website that on their site listed this part number for the 24 RX 350 and ordered it. Got it programmed yesterday works great

Did you also get the flat key insert and have that cut too? The part # I got for that was 69515-12350.

Dumb question, but although I've heard of it before I'm not really familiar with the key card's functionality. How is it different from the key fob, and is there any advantage to it other than not having to carry the key fob in your pocket? Thanks!

It is different from the fob in that it has no buttons. The advantage to it is that it is flat and just slips into your pocket or wallet like a credit card. It is more comfortable to carry IMO and has become what I use now all of the time. It is really just a personal preference thing.
