My first posting here. Glad I found this forum, it’s amazingly helpful. Just bought a 2026 RX350 Luxury AWD Turbo Gas model with HUD last week. This is my first Lexus and I’m loving this RX. I’ve spent a lot of time reading the various owners manuals and watching hours of YouTube videos before buying the RX. So I’ve figured out just about everything with the vehicle, except for how to get the Boost Gauge to show on the Instrument Panel. Note, I can configure the screen to show 3 screens (radio info, Nav and another non-descript screen). But no Boost Gauge screen. I’d greatly appreciate any insight on how to get this to appear.
Thanks for your reply. The Meter settings on the Infotainment screen only allowed switching within the center content display area (page 80 owners manual) between Nav, Cruise Control, Gear, but nothing else. Fortunately, I finally figured it out. What I needed to do was select ‘Disp’ using the steering wheel arrows and hold it to be able to select either the Right side or Left side content display areas (page 80 owners manual). Then press up/down steering wheel arrows to scroll through the various options.
This is what I finalized on as I was interested in seeing the ‘Sports Gauges’. Note, you can see where the display indicated the need to HOLD the arrow key to modify to all those other info options not present on the Infotainment screen. How to do this isn’t explained anywhere that I could find. So I hope this helps others.
To clarify my original confusion about the Boost Gauge, I had watched this video from Northside Lexus that show the Boost Gauge layout at the 1:10:25 mark. That screen looks completely different from what’s in my ‘26 RX. My initial interest in the Boost Gauge was to see the temp gauges that were shown in her ‘23 video. That has all changed since then. The ‘26 doesn’t place the Boost Gauge in the center, it’s now selectable on the sides. And the Sports Gauge is new since ‘23. I wish the Lexus Owners manual spent more time explaining these functions rather than the hundreds of pages of repetitive warnings. Or at least release addendums to the manual to reflect changes made in newer models.
Yes, the Boost gauge can only be shown on the left or right sides of the instrument display. I don’t know when Lexus made the changes to the Instrument display, but it is definitely different than those in the ‘23 MY. And the temperature indicators have been removed from the Boost Gauge. They’re now called the Sports Gauges as shown in my pic above. It was these temp / pressure gauges that I really wanted to see in the first place.
Wow, I guess I’m not missing out on much from the 12.3. The off centered 8inch found in lower trim NX RX and some early TX used to bug me in my NX. The centered 10 inch display stacked with the 10inch HUD is a nice combo.
