Apple Maps through CarPlay shows directions on the HUD.

I get it - I never use HUD because I find it incredibly distracting and my wife agrees. We have the option in both of our cars.

My wife thought the same. I talked her into giving it a couple weeks and she loves the HUD now.

I've had in my ES for six+ years now. Every now and then I turn it on and same feeling. Hate it.
