Hi there,
I hope someone can help me with the following issue, since the dealer doesn't have a clue at all.
For the record: RX350h from 2023.
Sometimes when I'm driving, there are a few graphics coming on my infotainment screen, which at first glance seem like the proximity sensors of some sort. However, there is no further notification, beeping, or any other message being displayed when this occurs nor is the music muted or silenced in any way. The graphics will blink and will keep blinking until I turn off the car and restart it. I've cleaned my sensors thoroughly, and I'm fairly sure there is no other obstacle near the car when this happens. I can't seem to find a particular instance for it to trigger, there is just no recognizable pattern. Sometimes it doesn't happen all week, then it happens twice a day.
A few weeks ago it started just when I was about to pull out of the driveway and my Waze or Google Maps didn't want to boot up. It took a couple of minutes before one of those navigation apps launched, but it didn't have any navigation sound. I had to park on the side of the road, turn off the car and back on. The graphics disappeared and Waze launched instantly, I'm not sure if it's related or not since I barely use it on my daily commute.
I actually barely use AA or CarPlay, it does it mostly when I've got nothing plugged in at all. The part about Waze and Google Maps was when I used it on a multi day trip.
