Infotainment restarting
Hello members - I'm facing an issue where once I start the car, the infotainment screen keeps restarting. Sometimes its 3 or 4 times while sometimes it doesn't. I have also faced it restart once while I was driving, lost navigation and had to stop to get it back.
Is there any way to reset the infotainment system? Not sure if I should take it to the dealer!
Its a 2022 ES300H

The state that was causing the occasionally at start up for the system to go into a constant reboot cycle was in connecting two Bluetooth devices with a conflict in audio player device settings. For some unknown reason usually after a battery issue, the Bluetooth settings would configure to where both the Bluetooth (unsupported flip) phone would be set to connect as both a phone as well as an audio player and an iPad would be set to connect also as a Bluetooth audio player. As long as I had those two devices settings configured with both as Bluetooth audio players and both devices in the vehicle with their Bluetooth turned on, the system would at seemingly random times go into a constant rebooting cycle during system start up. (The system will eventual shut down after a some number of rebooting cycles.)
Although it didn't always work, nothing short of turning off the vehicle and restarting the vehicle would stop the constant system rebooting. (Restarting the Multimedia system by pressing the radio power **** for 5 seconds never broke the constant rebooting cycle - it always took a vehicle restart.)
The only real fix I found was to go into Bluetooth device settings and make sure my Bluetooth phone device setting was not configured as also an audio player. Keep in mind in order to do that you may have to turn off the Bluetooth on your phone and any other Bluetooth devices registered and within the vicinity to connect to your ES so you can get the system to boot up in a state where you can go in and change the ES's Bluetooth device settings.
P.S. I was able to show the dealer's service technician and service manager the constant system rebooting (before I figured out the fix). Neither had seen the issue before and weren't aware of any issue that might be related. They said they would raise the issue with higher ups in the Lexus support food chain but I haven't heard anything back.
