Do a YouTube search for 2023 Lexus All Keys Lost. It's possible to program a new key without changing the whole system. You need to find a local keysmith that has an Autel system. They can program a whole new set of keys for you, withouta master key. Won't be inexpensive, but certainly less than replacing the whole system thru Lexus, whatever that would means/entails.
