Unlike my ES350, my wife's 2023 RX350 for some reason won't save anything to the memory seats. If we hit the set button then the number it beeps, but never saves it. Tried a few different things. Is there a different way to get it working on the RX's?

Try this sounds bizarre but works. Slide the seat all the way back then slide the seat all the way forward then recline it all the way down. Then go on adjust the seat the way you want it and then hit the set and then the position. By doing all that it resets the seat program.

Cool. As soon as she gets home I'll show her this.
Update: I had her do what was said and can confirm it worked. She's very happy. Thanks!

Do you need to do this for each user profile? Or just once, I'm going to try this tonight.

Just once. It’s how to recalibrate the seat when it’s lost power. One touch windows usually need to have the same thing done to them to recalibrate after a power loss.
