I have a 2018 and 2019 RX (basically the same car), and I have some questions about them:
If the Lexus Enform System is active, with Destination Assist, Safety Connect, and remote all enabled, and the car is off, does the car send out signals constantly even when there is no interaction from the car or from the app. (Like a remote control), or does the car constantly send out signals at any given moment (like a WiFi router or cell phone).
if the car does send out signals even without an “event”, ( like a window being rolled down, or a door opened, ) how often does the car “pulse”? (I.e. every 10 secs, every 30 minutes.)

From my experience with the system, it will only send an update when an event occurs. It does not continuously transmit. However, you can manually request a refresh (i.e., send a manual pulse) via the Enform app and it will get you an updated status of your vehicle. I have tested this with both my 2015 GS and 2017 RX.
