What's your opinion on the lexus remote app and it's capabilities? So I just found out that I can control my lexus from my phone via lexus remote app. I registered and when I attempted to add the Vin of my lexus, it said that it's associated with another account. The car is pre owned so it makes sense. So I sent an email to the @support email. I have not received a reply. Anyone familiar with this issue?
