USB Ports not working....
I just purchased a pre-owned 2018 RX350 & I love it...my only issue is the USB ports do not charge my LG Velvet Android phone.
my 2017 Highlander had no problem charging my phone. Does anyone else have this issue?

If the fuse is ok. And you checked the other things. You may have a bad harness on the center consoles

Try using a known good cable and select "Media" and listen for tunes from your device.
The USB ports only provide 500 mAmps (0.5 Amp) current so are not a great charger.
If you are also getting no signal then you must diagnose further.
