Just wondering if anyone else had a problem of their phone disconnecting halfway through a call and then reconnecting and then disconnecting. It all started when I upgraded my Note 3 to KitKat but I believe that it's a problem with the car.

I tried repairing the phone and deleting it from the car and reconnecting, but it does not solve the problem. I also connected the phone to my Range Rover, and it never ever disconnects.

Can anyone else chime in on this problem? I will bring up the issue during my 8,000KM service next week.

I'm on the same boat with you. Mine also disconnects then reconnects randomly when streaming music over bluetooth.

 

I have an Iphone 5 and my phone disconnects when im charging it with the usb port and streaming music over bluetooth at the same time, it will disconnect every 10-15 seconds and if i'm lucky it will stay on for a minute or 2.

I've already brought the issue up to Apple when i was there getting the battery on my phone replaced and they said it was a problem with Lexus. I'm bringing up the issue with Lexus at my 5,000 mile/6 month service.

 

Dealing with the same issue, my advisor said it could be a problem with the update. But the guy that serviced my car has a meeting with Lexus and my advisor said she's never heard anything about it, nor the blue screen that flashes on my navigation sometimes too. But she'd give me a call back and see what causes that problem.
