Using a data/sync cord not just a charging cord?
volume on device turned up 1/2 way or louder?
2nd USB port is empty? If you have both jacks occupied
if will confuse the interface.
Dash buttons are "Radio", every source Outside the car...AM/FM/Sat/Streaming
second button "Media" are sources Inside the car...corded or BT devices.
