Default Micro SD card not reading

The internal memory on my audio player works fine thru the USB port in my 2013 ES-350. The problem is the micro sd card for the player. I've tried everything but it won't read. I've tried 3 different SD cards and used SD formatter to format the card (full erase and FAT32 format). The card works fine with thru the player and my home PC. Has anyone experienced this problem? I've given up...

Default re. player info

The audio player is an Ibasso DX90. There are two file types in the micro card: .wma and .mp3.

I think it will only recognize mp3. Why not just buy a cheap flash drive? I have a 128GB drive and it works great!

fwiw, the car recognizes wma mp3 and aac files from a flash drive.

I am not sure you can do what you are trying to do.
I have a 2015 (which has a newer audio system) and this is what it says in my manual:

"Map data for the navigation system is
contained in a SD card that is inserted in
the SD card slot located at the bottom of
the audio control panel.
Do not eject the SD card, as doing so
may deactivate the navigation system."

Not sure if it applies to your 2013 or not but it looks like it was not made to be used that way.

There is no SD card in the '13 and '14 ES, like there is in your '15. The memory card the OP is referencing is internal to his audio player.
