May be going crazy…but I’ve had my rx for 7 months and just noticed there is a space in the front bumper in the drivers side; but not in the passenger side.

Is there a piece missing?

It is by design. There is another thread on this so you may wish to review that. As I recall, it has something to do with a transmission oil cooler that sits right behind it in the engine compartment, but only if your vehicle is equipped with the tow package.

Is this normal? My 2021 RX 350 AWD has a missing black plastic vent cover at front bumper driver side (The lowest horizontal vent). The passenger side has one. See attached photos.

 

Trailer towing package doesn’t have the cover, the transmission cooler is behind the opening.

However, in your picture, I don’t see the fins for the cooler, perhaps they’re not visible in that picture. Look way deep into the opening to see if you can see the cooling fins.
