Changing tire
2019 RX 350. The lug wrench supplied is approximately 6 inches long. If nuts are properly torqued to 76 foot pounds, then 228 pounds force must be applied at the effective length of 4 inches to loosen the nut. I don’t believe this possible.
I had a 24 inch piece of 1/2 inch Electrical Metal Tubing (EMT) that I placed over the supplied wrench. The force required to loosen the nut is 46 pounds applied at 20 inches. However the EMT bent at the end of the wrench, without loosening the lug nut.
Next I tried a 30 inch piece of EMT. Only 35 pounds of force is required. The EMT did not bend and the nut was loosened. Use one hand at the end of the EMT extension and maintain wrench alignment at the nut with the other hand.
Cover the EMT with foam water pipe insulation to prevent rattling and place in the spare tire well.
A 24 inch piece of schedule 40 pipe would work fine. The 30 inch EMT weighs less than one pound. The schedule 40 pipe weighs 2.5 pounds.
The correct socket size is M21. Deep well, 6 point. Breaker bar of 18 inches or more. The socket is available at Auto Zone. This is an alternative to the wrench extension.
13/16 socket will fit the standard lug nut, but will NOT fit the Mcgard lock nut tool.
If you have a flat and road service is not available, you have zero chance to change your tire with the Lexus supplied tools. Likewise if you followed other posts in this forum and purchased a 13/16 socket with breaker bar, you better check your lock nut tool.
Update. 5-27-2020. The 1/2 EMT will not accept the Lexus lug wrench that doubles as a handle for the jack. I purchased a 10 foot piece of 3/4 EMT for $6. Cut into 4 sections 30 inches long. The 3/4 EMT is stiffer than the 1/2 inch. It is unlikely that the 3/4 will bend even if lug nuts are over tightened.

Don222, you made a good point. I just took a look at the lug wrench Lexus supplied, and it's a joke. Not only is the handle too short, but the hex opening is too large and will round off the lug nut if any real pressure is applied. I've ordered the telescopic wrench from Gorilla Products.
[QUOTE=Tarkus;10870902]A link to this product would have been quite useful.
