Buzzy doors in the cold
I have had a mild buzzing/rattling emanating from the right door around the lower speaker for a few months. I assumed I had blown the speaker (I have the non-ML system) because it happens in response to bass being played through the lower speaker but noticed the buzz is also there when the radio is off - although much less and I can still hear it in response to bumps and rough road at a greatly reduced level. The buzzing/rattling is much worse when the cabin is cold. Today I got into the car and noticed a similar although not as loud buzzing/rattling coming from the left side door. I assume there is some internal part common to both doors around the lower speaker loose or the lower speakers themselves are loose. Anyone have this issue? How good is Lexus at tracking this kind of crap down? Are the lower speakers easily accessible?

Turns out this is a known issue and Lexus has an insulation/padding kit for the doors. According to the service writer it was the wood trim in the door or at least when he applied pressure to that area it went away. Dealer applied the kit under warranty and no noise now.
