My neighbor backed into me while pulling out of the drive way. We were both pulling out of our driveways and I stopped when I saw her but she didn’t see me and collided with my rear bumper. It was a pretty big impact tbh.
Her insurance company is saying 5:5.
I do have a front facing dash cam that shows I stopped before the collision but I’m still working with them. Anyways, how much would you guys think the damage is? Body shop recommendations? I’m in Thousand Oaks CA (So-cal).
Any help or suggestions would be nice.
