16 RX350 Engine Issue Question

I have a low mileage 16 RX350 awd. The engine seems to be making a very strange sound I have uploaded a video of the sound can anyone advise? Thanks in advance.

Can you describe the sound? Does it happen only when it's cold? Hot? Any time? Certain speeds? Only while idling, or driving?
