Wife's 2017 RX just got this message "Lane Keeping Assist Malfunction" anyone else experience this? End result?
Thanks
hi I just got the same error on my dash. I will try cleaning the windshield area infront of the rear view mirror (front) tomorrow morning. Did anyone else have this issue? I don’t want to take this to the dealer.

thank you.
The freaking problem went away by its damn self. I still do not know the root cause of the sensor issue, however my wife thinks I get too many car washes...
Malfunction: Lane Keeping Assist warning. Anyone else?
Have had this come up and then go away after restarting the car. Then comes back after working just fine. Even radar cruise works just fine until this warning pops up and then it’s disabled. Anyone get it fixed?
Lol I haven’t been on the forum much and just after posting the same topic I noticed your message! Something is going on! It’s def not anything on the windshield. I googled and found some info about a wheel sensor but not much else info.
Update. Dealer did replace the "steering vibrator motor assembly." Thankfully there was a code to pull. Side note, for the extended warranty nay sayers...this is our third lexus in a row that has has benefitted from the $~1500 paid for the FACTORY ext warranty. Unfortunately the days of zero issues with toyota are over, and the electronics/tech are the primary issue that can cost you a lot out of warranty.
Lane Keeping Assist Malfunction randomly appears on driver info center. The windshield is clean. Is there a system reset for this issue without performing a reflash of the PCM?
Amy other suggestions would be much appreciated!

My 2016 RX just had both rear lift gate actuators replaced under my extended warranty. Over 900.00 each plus installation.
