I also saw your post on leaskackr forum. IMO, it's a pretty weak deal. You can definitely ask for more dealer discount. I leased one few weeks ago when incentive was only at $1250. Here is my signed deal

MSRP $62,299
Selling price $56,000
Rebate $1250
Residual 56%
Term 39 months / 15k miles/yr
MF 0.00016
MSD 9
Monthly pm $562 - with tax it is $601 per month
DAS 1st payment
Location Central FL

Also I was looking at the sheet. What is insurance and fees 2000 $ is this gap insurance?
Base payment in the first case is 498
adjusted cap cost - residual comes to 430.22
+ rent as per sheet 31.65

total monthly comes to 462.22 isn’t that what it’s supposed to be at that specified rent. MF comes to .00036 I think.

if you go with higher rate that edmunds is giving for zip 06401 is .00085 taking this rent is 68.18
so payment should be 499.

i read somewhere that you can get more dealer discount on 450h that the rx 350. Dealer discount not including rebate for us was like 7300. So apart from lease cash you must some more discount on the retail price -lease cash that you see in the adjusted cap cost section of the sheet.

wish you good luck

I have a couple of offers of $2,000 Lexus $$ and $6,000 discount, for a total of $8,000 off MSRP on RX350 or RX450h.
I am in Silicon Valley where there are dealerships on every corner.
Is this what you are seeing now?
I will most likely pull the trigger on a $57K 450h today...

Your thoughts?

Looking at a 2019 RX450HL loaded MSRP 65150 they are offering with .9% for 61k or normal financing at 59K +tax & title (this would include the 2K Lexus Cash). deal, or keep shopping?

Its not a good deal. Dealer should give at least 10% discount excluding the incentives. Or you should increase the radius of your shopping.

Default Thoughts on a deal on my hands + first time lease questions.

Sup guys, got a deal on my hands right now for a 2019 RX450H premium/navi package.
Term - 36/7.5k
MSRP- $55554
Discount- $49900
Incentive- $2000
MSD - $4050 (9)
Monthly payment with tax = $403
Fees due at signing - $1469
Tax + fees rolled into monthly payments = $460
leasehackr.com/calculator?make=Lexus&msrp=55554&sales_price=49500&months=36&mf=.00021&dp=0&doc_fee=499&acq_fee=795&taxed_inc=0&untaxed_inc=2000&rebate=0&resP=61&reg_fee=175&sales_tax=6.35&memo=&zero_driveoff=true&monthlyTax_radio=true&miles=10000&msd=9

My counter offer was originally $49K flat, but he doesn't seem to be budging so I said my final counter offer was $49.5K ($47.5K after incentive for a total of $8084 dollars off which is like 14.5% off MSRP)

Salesman is still sticking to his guns at $49.9K and I told him have a nice day and thanks for his help. He emailed me back saying how his dealership offers 2 years free maintenance as opposed to other dealers who only offer 1 year for a value of $1100 bucks. What can I rebuttal with? He said Lexus is required to do a maintenance every 6 months. Does that really cost $1100 a year? Also thinking about wanting them to add remote start to the car, how much does that normally go for? I'm planning on just ignoring him and I have a feeling he will meet me at $49.5k. Is there more money left on the table or should I just say I'm going to be patient and try to snag it at $49K before incentives. Should I stick to my guns for $49k before incentives? That's 15.40% off as opposed to 14%.

Also if he does meet me at $49.5k, what should I expect at signing? First time leasing or even getting anything from a dealership. I know I have to read everything on the contract carefully and make sure they didn't sneak anything in. But what should I be looking out for in specific? Thanks for any of your input.

It really depends on how you feel about the car and the current offer they presented to you. If there are quite a few cars with the same specs as the one you're interested in within 200-300 miles radius, then for sure I think they would eventually agree to discount to $49K. What is the MF and RV that they are quoting you?

Lexus dont care if you adhere to the 6 month service schedule. As long as you dont go and destroy the car by not changing its oil at all, you are golden and the salesrep is BSing you. Go call another dealer and tell them Lexus of whatever whatever is offering $49.5k and if they can beat it, you will give them your CC over the phone for a deposit and you will go down there right away.

that's really good MF, RV, and discount they gave you. I guess anything more would be icing on the cake?!? my term was 15k miles / 39 months , MF= 0.00016 after 9 MSDs, RV= 56%.
